How long does delivery take within Malaysia?
For West Malaysia, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive via our authorized courier partners.
What kind of warranty is provided with my purchase?
Most Kuvings Malaysia products come with a comprehensive warranty, including up to 20 years on the motor for specific domestic models and 1 year on parts. Please ensure you register your warranty online via our official website within 14 days of purchase.
Can I pay for my juicer using an installment plan?

Are the plastic components of the juicer safe and BPA-free?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are manufacturing defective or damaged upon arrival. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you receive a faulty unit.
